Sky Blue was realised by Art Royal Group as a distinguished residential project uniting the dynamism of city life with an understanding of comfort and spaciousness.

Sky Blue was designed with a planning approach that places contemporary living needs at its centre. Functional solutions adapted to the tempo of daily life and airy living spaces are handled in balance throughout the project.

In the architectural design process, maximising daylight, the relationship with open spaces and user comfort were prioritised. This approach makes Sky Blue not merely a residential project but a building offering long-term quality of life.

Social life at Sky Blue is supported by a retractable-roof swimming pool and jacuzzi usable summer and winter, and made a natural part of daily life with walking and cycling tracks set within generous landscaped areas. The barbecue areas within the project were planned as social meeting points encouraging time outdoors.

With its location near the coastline, its relationship with green areas and the panoramic Terrace Café, Sky Blue aims to offer its residents a balanced, quality living experience without severing their connection to the city.
