Royal Garden | Kartal

With its architecture recognised by the European Property Awards, Royal Garden Kartal represents distinguished high-rise residential living in Kartal.

Royal Garden Kartal Residence was realised as a prestigious residential project bringing together comfort, views and social life within Kartal's developing urban fabric. Set on a 13,350 m² site, the project consists of two towers of 30 and 20 storeys, home to 374 apartments in total.

The project was named Award Winner in the “Residential High-Rise Development – Turkey” category of the European Property Awards 2017–2018, receiving international recognition for its architectural quality and planning approach. This success shows that Royal Garden Kartal is a reference project not only for its district but on a global platform.

Royal Garden Kartal was designed to offer a balanced and privileged life within the tempo of city living. With a high ratio of green space and generous common areas, it creates a social environment where residents can breathe.

Indoor and outdoor sports areas, walking tracks, social facilities and a retractable-roof swimming pool usable in all four seasons are among the project's main amenities supporting an active, healthy life. All social areas were planned with user comfort and safety in mind. Commanding views of the Princes' Islands and the sea, Royal Garden Kartal makes a strong architectural contribution to the Istanbul skyline. Wide balconies, airy apartment layouts and high-ceilinged living spaces make the view a natural part of daily life.

All buildings and common areas in the project were realised in line with current fire regulations, emergency solutions and high security standards. Project development and implementation were completed by Art Royal Group, and the project received an international award within the European Property Awards.

In our architectural approach, we considered the continuity of green areas together with the sense of openness offered by the Islands view. Every design decision was shaped around these two elements. We are especially proud that this approach was recognised by the International Property Awards with the Royal Garden Kartal project.
