Royal Garden Yakacık was designed with an architectural scheme that unites forest and sea views in a single perspective. The balance established between the view stretching toward the Islands and the natural surroundings guided every design decision of the project.

Alongside the residential areas, the commercial units were planned to form a strong relationship with the street — enriching the user experience and bringing vitality to the surroundings.

From architectural design to site layout, every detail was carefully handled with a focus on long-term quality of life and user comfort.

Project date: December 2022. Project name: Royal Garden Yakacık (1). The entire project was constructed and completed by Art Royal Group and brought into use with its residential and commercial areas.

In designing Royal Garden Yakacık 1, we aimed to create an architectural scheme that offers an uninterrupted perception of the Islands view on the front façade and the forest fabric at the rear. The building's relationship with its location determined the project's fundamental design decisions.
