Beylerbeyi Project

Work is continuing on our second new project, on a hillside overlooking the Bosphorus skyline beside Beylerbeyi Palace.

The Beylerbeyi project is being planned around a spacious green courtyard between the blocks. The buildings have been angled so that they do not obstruct one another, preserving both the view and privacy.

The courtyard has been conceived as the centre of everyday life: tree-lined walking routes, seating alcoves and safe play areas for children meet on the same level. Parking and service access have been placed beneath the courtyard, leaving the ground level entirely to pedestrians.

The project is at the planning stage. Apartment types and the sales schedule will be announced here when they are released.
