Çengelköy Project

A new Art Royal project is being prepared in Çengelköy, on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus, a neighbourhood known for its historic plane trees and waterfront character.

The Çengelköy project is being designed as a living environment that combines horizontal architecture with the sloping terrain of the Bosphorus. The stepped building volumes have been positioned to give each apartment a share of the open sky and the view.

Vertical timber slats and natural stone are used together on the façade, whose character changes with the shifting daylight. The commercial unit and social spaces at ground level open onto the courtyard and terraced gardens.

The project is still at the design stage. Floor plans, apartment types and the delivery schedule will be shared on this page as they are finalised.
